Pumpkin Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 of a 15 oz can puréed pumpkin (organic is always best)
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Half cup fresh or frozen fruit
- 1/3 cup filtered water, to desired texture
- 1 teaspoon sunflower, or almond butter
Recipe
Preparation is always key. One 15 ounce can of puréed pumpkin makes three breakfasts so make them all in advance, and you'll have three days prepped for success. WINNING!
In three opened-mouthed, pint size canning jars (or similar vessels), add the following to each one of the jars, then shake vigorously, making sure that the Chia seeds are not stuck to the edges. Refrigerate when it's mixed.
